It’s almost thirteen years since we began serving classic Thai cuisine in Stoke Newington. When we started out in Church Street all that time ago, we never imagined that we would one day be serving over a thousand diners a week in a grand eighteenth century listed building around the corner. Yet thanks to our loyal friends and customers, we are now celebrating our first anniversary in our fabulous new home. To mark this special occasion we are proud to introduce to you our very own cookbook, signifying yet another important milestone in the history of YumYum.

Within the pages you’ll learn the secrets behind your favourite YumYum dishes, so you can impress friends, lovers and family alike with a sumptuous Thai feast created in the comfort of your own home. You’ll also find a few recipes that don’t currently appear on our restaurant menu, just to spice things up even more!

All the recipes have been thoroughly put through their paces in the home kitchen and we hope you find them easy to follow. You’ll also find plenty of tips, including where to source some of those hard-to-locate Thai ingredients.
